Strange happenings on a college campus has the brother’s mystified and getting on each other’s nerves. Unable to solve the mystery of the killer-ghost/alien-abduction/alligater-in-the-sewer problem while fighting with each other over the computer and the Impala, they call in Bobby to help. His impartial eyes sees this as work of a supernatural trickster who is also playing games with the brothers to keep them from catching him. Cornering the trickster-come-janitor in a lecture hall, Sam has to fight off a chainsaw wielding apparition and Dean, two scantily clad amazon beauties with super strength, before the brothers manage to stake him. Thinking the job is done, they head out of town. But the trickster has tricked them once again and is alive and well.

Praises: This was an hysterically funny episode filled with slapstick humor. I have never laughed so much during Supernatural before. Depicting the brothers’ exaggerated views of each other was brilliant. The scene of Dean stuffing his face had me laughing so hard I was in tears. And having Sam’s lecture interpreted by Dean as “blah blah blah blah” was equally funny. Poor Sam was made too effeminate by Dean. It was amusing, but hard to watch. The villain was quite the character as well. Who knew that a supernatural being could have such a droll sense of humor? It was nice to have this break from those seriously evil and humorless demons. Definitely an episode worth watching. Trust me sugar, its going to feel real…funny.

Nags: Why was there no city or locale named in the beginning of this episode? There is always location information given in each Supernatural episode! We need consistency, Kripke, consistency. Now, how am I supposed to update my episode guide itinerary.
I also wish John could have been there to mediate between the brothers, instead of Bobby. Of course, he would have just made the situation worse, but it would have been worth it to see his exaggerated view of his sons and and theirs of him. -
My Rating: Another great episode! 4 out of 5 stars.
