Supernatural Station

E!Online is reporting that Supernatural's second season 3 recurring character has been cast:

The role of Bela, the mercenary, will be played by newcomer, Lauren Cohan. This actor is from Pennsylvania, british educated, brunette, and about the same age as Jared Padalecki (Sam). You can see a photo of her at IMDb.com.

There are hints that this character will be Dean's love interest and some fans are reacting badly to this. I don’t see why there’s such a fuss about it. The Dean that we've all gotten to know and love, sees all women as potential "love interests", for a one night, anyway. I would love to see Bela give our slut boy a little taste of his own medicine ala Boomerang
